District Judge *** will hear arguments in Austin Thursday on whether to allow KIDS of El Paso County to continue operating its embattled drug rehabilitation program in El Paso. Last week, the center closed for one day after a judge ordered it shut down at the request of a state investigator. Another judge allowed it to reopen the next day pending the outcome of Thursday's hearing.
